THE TIME KEEPERS: These are the men and brains behind TIME, and they are Metro Manila's architects of house clubbing and house music. Domini Primero, the man who shaped Manila's dance events and brought international DJ acts such as Chicane, Paul Van Dyk, Collette and many more, he is also responsible for revolutionary club the now defunct Warehouse 153. And now he is now the Founder and Managing Partner of Drive Manila, a prime mover in Manila's dance gigs and events. Mark "Pav" Parrotte, who man who established a Dance Event Production Company in Manila called Frequency Manila in 2008 and it was a major player in the roster of production outfits that held events at the once famed Warehouse135. Very passionate about his music and has traversed genres over the years and can play all the sub genres of House and Techno. Jay Server, the Manila nightlife will never be the same again with this man. He brought Manila upside down with the legendary bar, Capone's which is a favorite hangout place of the hip and famous. He's also the man who made Arctic Vodka famous in the local night scene and a staple drink among partyphiles.
